Project Manager - Insurance Sector

To strengthen the organizational structure of Milan office, we are looking for an Insurance Sector - IT Project Manager.

The resource will take care of planning, organization and monitoring of project activities; preparation of reports and documents (SAL, KPI, documentation) and will support the team in drafting the requirements and analysis.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or Degree in Technical Scientific Disciplines
• Previous experience of at least 5/6 years as a programmer (e.g. Cobol, SAS, SQL, etc.)
• Project management or process analysis experience in the insurance sector
• Dynamic and proactive attitude
• Leadership and collaborative work aptitude within a team
• Problem solving skills using analytical skills and qualitative analysis
• Interaction and communication capability skills with IT and Business users
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Location: Milan

SAS Programmer- Analyst

To strengthen the organizational structure of Milan office, we are looking for a SAS Programmer-Analyst.

The resource will take care of the development of SAS programs and procedures; generation of technical solutions based on the provided analysis, writing of software documentation according to company standards.

Basic requirements:

• High school diploma or Degree in Technical Scientific Disciplines
• Technical knowledge of English language
• Previous experience of at least 5/6 years in the position
• Knowledge of SAS Base, SAS Macro and SQL, SAS Data Integration; SAS Enterprise Guide
• Good knowledge of Data Warehousing issues and knowledge of at least one relational database (Oracle or Microsoft SQL SERVER)
• Good interpersonal skills, proactivity, passion for technology and ability to work in a team

Preferential requisites:

• Knowledge of SAS Data Flux SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Campaign Management, SAS Viya, SAS Financial Management, SAS and GRC, SAS Data Quality, SAS Data Loader for Hadoop, QlikView

To strengthen our staff in Turin office we are looking for a Java Junior Developer.

The resource will take care of the creation of Enterprise web applications, development of technical solutions based on the analysis provided, writing of software documentation according to company standards.

Essential qualifications and experience

• Preferable a High school Diploma or Degree in IT specialization
• Previous experience of at least 1 year in the position
• Knowledge of the following programming languages and technologies: Java 1.7; Servlet / JSP; JavaScript; Java Web Services and JUnit
• Knowledge of relational DBMS (preferable Oracle or DB2)
